After a harrowing fight on the decks of Wing Fortress, Dr. Robotnik makes a last ditch attempt to flee, and abandoned ship to fly himself to his ultimate creation: The Death Egg. Determined to not let Robotnik escape, Sonic and Tails take to the skies in Sonic's trusty bi-plane: "The Tornado". To help the plane to reach the speed that it needs, Tails has fitted the plane’s fuselage with a special rocket booster. With this upgrade, Sonic and Tails are locked in a desperate race to catch up to Dr. Robotnik’s escape ship, so that Sonic can put an end to his evil plans for world domination.
First 4 Figures is proud to present The Tornado Diorama: Capturing the final climactic moments as Sonic and Tails chase after Robotnik at the end of Sonic the Hedgehog 2. Tails pilots the red bi-plane “The Tornado” whilst Sonic rides the wings high above the clouds.
The entire scene is captured in high quality polystone that has been hand painted to capture one of the most iconic scenes in Sonic history in outstanding detail. The plane itself is also attached to the base via a pivoted joint that allows the plane to be posed and angled however the collector chooses.
This is the exclusive version of "The Tornado" Diorama. The rocket booster below the plane is engaged with full effect as it flashes with the inclusion of LEDs.
Comes in deluxe full colour packaging with molded foam interiors, and includes an authenticity card which allows you to secure the same model number for future pieces in the Sonic Diorama collection.
This is the second piece to be released in the Sonic Diorama Collection. If you have authenticated the first in this line (Sonic Generations) you will be entitled to the same number for The Tornado Diorama!
