We dispatch orders from five local warehouses depending on your location. The five warehouses are located in the USA, UK, Canada, China and Slovakia.
When your order has been dispatched from the factory to our local warehouse we will email you to give you an indication of when your item will arrive.
We will email you again when the item has arrived at the local warehouse giving one weeks notice of the final payment.
Any special requests for delivery, other than address changes (see below) must be received by us prior to final payment being taken.
In the event that you wish to change the shipping address, you must email us using the contact form under contact us.
If the change involves a change of local warehouse, we will be unable to do this after the item is dispatched from the factory to the local warehouse.
These are high-value items and our delivery service will require a signature and ID prior to leaving the package. We are not responsible for any item lost or damaged if customers choose delivery without the requirement for a signature.
We are unable to cancel orders after final payment has been made. In the event that you do cancel it may well be the case that we are unable to halt the dispatch of the item and it will be your responsibility to return the item to us undamaged. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and will be charged a restocking fee.
If we have multiple orders to one location we are unable to provide combined shipping.
In the event that you wish to change the shipping address, it may well mean that additional charges are incurred which will be taken with your final payment. Any reduced charges will be credited at that time.
The shipping charge does not include any customs, VAT or other taxes. To help customers cut costs and significantly decrease the chances of import charges, we have decided it would be best to have warehouses distributing packages in different regions.

- China Warehouse: Asia (Australia included)
- Canadian Warehouse: Canada
- US Warehouse: US (South America included)
Due to custom regulation rules and restrictions batteries will not be included for shipments to countries in the Asia/Australia region. We are currently looking for other options but nothing has been determined as of now and for the foreseeable future.
There is a possibility that packages could be sent from another warehouse to fulfill outstanding orders and it will be done without prior notice. Any additional fees associated with importing/delivering your purchase is your responsibility. If by chance, you are taxed by customs in your country, we do not cover such charges. This also applies to replacements.
For some countries (Countries not in the European Union), VAT, import fees or custom charge value does not only involve a particular shipment, but a monthly threshold per person, so the identity of the recipient would be required by the customs to release your package. For this reason, there is a possibility that we could ask you for your proof of identity, such as passport ID or driver's license.

These are the dispatch times from our warehouse and not the time taken to arrive with you. Some EU orders to Middle East countries can take longer than 3 - 5 days as the most efficient carrier is sought.
We are not responsible for any item lost or damaged if customers choose delivery without the requirement for a signature.
If a package is refused by the customer, we will deduct any costs incurred by us including return shipment, tax or duties from any refund given.
