Miles "Tails" Prower is an orange-yellow, anthropomorphic fox with two tails and is known to be Sonic's best friend, sidekick, and an expert mechanic. When he spins his two tails like a helicopter rotor, he has the unique ability to push himself through the air to catch up with Sonic. However, when he takes to flight, he tires quickly. Unlike Sonic, Tails has the ability to swim.
