On most pre-order and in-stock items have a choice of our Flexipay payment plan. Flexipay enables you to spread the cost of the item over a period.
We have several payment plans and you are able to check the details of each plan by hovering to the "?" on the item page.
Installments will be collected automatically from the payment method you registered according to the dates mentioned on the table.
For pre-order items, please notice that some payment plans will be finished after the item released so make sure you choose a shorter one if you wish to get the item once they are ready to release.
If you wish to pay in full when item release, you are welcome to login to your order and click "Remove payment plan". Our system will remove your payment plan and we will collect the final balance when the item is ready to ship.
For in-stock items, final balance will be collected when your item is available in our local warehouse.You are welcome to check the availability on the item page.
If you clicked "Remove payment plan", we will collect the final balance on the next 1-2 business day if we have available stocks in our local warehouse,
However if the item is out-of-stock from the local warehouse, it will take 1-3 months for us to arrange the shipment. Therefore we will advise you to check with us first before clicking "Remove payment plan" if you wish to get the item at once.
In exceptional circumstances customers may switch payment plans by contacting us via the customer contact form which will be found under contact us. This will incur a one-off $10.00 administration fee.
In the event that a Flexipay payment request is declined, you will be notified by email and given 1 week to remedy the situation by updating your card details or communicating with us by email.
In the event that we do not hear from you within 1 week, we will send you a final warning email.
If we do not hear from you within 1 week from sending the final warning email, we will cancel your order and refund your payments less an administration charge of $5.00 per payment you've made. The deposit will not be refunded.
By using Flexipay, you are agreeing to allow us to process your credit card for the amounts due on the dates specified.
If your card expires or lacks the necessary funds, it is your responsibility to update it prior to your next payment date or risk order cancellation and fees.
