on delivery i the head was damaged. i filmed its destruction and then was informed i had to pay for them to send a replacement. even though it was their fault. CS took a little over 3 weeks to resolve it. 5 before i had the item at my house.

statue itself is beautiful, great paint work. just terrible CS and treatment by their staff. If another company made a comparable piece I would go there instead
