1. The RESERVATION PERIOD will begin after F4F’s Friday Q&A with Chocks and A on November 24, 2017 and will remain open until November 28, 2017, 10:00 PM HKT.

1. On November 28, 2017, 11:00PM HKT, one (1) hour after the reservation period closes, the VALIDATION PERIOD will begin and a “VALIDATE” button will go live in your Aku Aku order page. The validation period will end on December 9, 2017, 1:00 AM HKT.

1. NOTE 1: Pre-orders are still being accepted during the validation period. However, pre-orders for the Golden Aku Aku Mask will end on December 2, 2017, 1:00 AM HKT.

1. NOTE 2: The “VALIDATE” button will only be available to those who have successfully placed their pre-orders during the reservation period. In short, you are validating your reservations.

1. NOTE 3: The sooner you click the “VALIDATE” button on your order, the lower the number will be on your Aku Aku Statue.

1. NOTE 4: You must click the “VALIDATE” button within 24 hours of the button going live in order to secure a Day One Edition of your Aku Aku Mask (Exclusive), Golden Aku Aku Mask, or Aku Aku Mask (Combo Edition).

1. NOTE 5: Those of you who placed your pre-orders within the 24-hour Day One Edition window are automatically guaranteed a Day One Edition for your statue. However, you will NOT have a “VALIDATE” button available to you since you did not place your pre-order during the reservation period.

1. The LAST CHANCE WEEKEND for obtaining your own Aku Aku Mask Statue will be open from December 22-25, 2017. Only the Exclusive version of the statue will be purchasable during this period.

The Aku Aku Mask (Regular/Exclusive) and the Golden Aku Aku Mask Statues cost $384.99 SRP + shipping, while the Aku Aku Mask (Combo Edition) costs $699.99 SRP + shipping.

Q: “Will payment plans (Flexipay) be available when purchasing my Aku Aku Mask Statues?”

Yes, Flexipay is available when pre-ordering your Aku Aku Mask Statues, up to a maximum of one (1) year payment terms. You may find the various Flexipay options under the “Additional Information” section of your desired product.

Q: “Can I cancel my order?”

If you cancel your order within the 2-week pre-order period, the initial deposit is still refundable. If you cancel your order past the 2-week pre-order period, the initial deposit becomes non-refundable and you incur an Administration Charge of 20.00 USD per Flexipay payment to be refunded. Q: “Do we pay for any Customs fees or taxes?”

As much as possible, First 4 Figures shoulders Customs fees and taxes to ensure a smooth and hassle-free transaction from purchase to delivery. We are able to do so by strategically setting up our warehouses in every corner of the globe. However, in the event that your order will be delivered from a distant warehouse, any additional fees or taxes (if any) are of the buyer’s responsibility. Q: “If I decide to buy more than 1 Aku Aku Mask Statue, is it possible to combine it all into one shipping cost?”

Shipping costs are charged on a per product item basis. We currently do not allow combining of shipping costs.

Q: “What is a Day One Edition?”

If you successfully pre-ordered an Aku Aku Mask (Exclusive), a Golden Aku Aku Mask, or an Aku Aku Mask (Combo Edition) AND clicked the “VALIDATE” button within 24 hours of the button going live, you will be receiving a Day One Edition for your statue, which includes:

• Your Pre-ordered Statue
• 1x Signature Card signed by Alex Davis (2x for the Combo Edition)
• 1x Day One Edition Hologram Sticker
• Additional F4F Reward Points (1 point per $1.00 spent)

Q: “I forgot to click the “VALIDATE” button, and the button isn’t available anymore. What will happen to my order?”

You will still receive your order when the statues have been released, but you will not be guaranteed a low-numbered statue nor will you be receiving a Day One Edition of your statue. Unvalidated orders will be slotted in after the 24-hour Day One Edition window closes and the number on your statue will depend on how soon you placed your pre-order during the reservation period.

Q: “Can I purchase the Aku Aku Statues anywhere else other than the website?”

Aku Aku Mask (Regular) Statues may be available at a local retailer near you once these statues are released. The Aku Aku Mask (Exclusive) Statues and the Golden Aku Aku Mask Statues, on the other hand, are only available for purchase on F4F's website.
